What happened to Nico Collins? Live injury updates for Texans vs. Seahawks on 10/20/25

UPDATE: Nico Collins won’t return to Monday’s contest after being downgraded to out with a concussion.

Wide receiver Nico Collins (head) is questionable to return after suffering a possible injury during the Houston Texans’ Week 7 Monday Night Football game against the Seattle Seahawks.

Per the team, Collins is being evaluated for a concussion after heading to the medical tent in the fourth quarter.

Collins hit his head hard on the turf after falling to the ground on an attempted catch. Prior to the fourth-quarter concussion evaluation, the star wideout recorded four catches for 27 yards on 10 targets.

As C.J. Stroud’s top target and the alpha in the wide receiver room, Collins has recorded 22 catches for 312 yards and three touchdowns in five games prior to tonight’s contest. If he misses time, a struggling Texans offense may see even more issues with moving the chains in the coming weeks.
