What happened to Darren Waller? Live injury updates for Dolphins at Browns on Sunday 10/19/25

UPDATE: Darren Waller has officially been ruled out for the remainder of the Dolphins’ matchup with the Browns due to his pectoral injury.

Under the DraftKings Early Exit program, qualified bettors will see their accounts credited within 24 hours.

Miami Dolphins tight end Darren Waller left today’s matchup against the Cleveland Browns with a pectoral injury. The 33-year-old has made a strong impact upon arriving in the organization, pulling in 10 receptions for 117 yards and four touchdowns across his first three games. Waller did not register a target or reception before leaving this Week 7 matchup.

The injury occurred right before halftime, and Waller’s status will be one to monitor coming out of the break. He will also be a name to keep an eye on for the DraftKings Early Exit program.
