UPDATE: Breece Hall has taken the field to begin the second half with no injury designation.
After taking a hard hit on a carry as the second quarter wound down at MetLife, Jets running back Breece Hall took a hard hit from a Panthers defender on a carry. He would subsequently leave the field and go to the locker room. Here’s video of the hit:
As of right now, there’s no official designation. It’s all speculation. But, from the video, it looks like his ankle might have been the aggravated area.
We’ll wait to hear more at halftime from the Jets re. the nature of the injury and what Hall’s status is for the remainder of the game.
