Bijan Robinson ($18,300 CP): A tough decision must be made. Is it Bijan or CMC? Rostering both requires multiple punts or punting and taking a risk on a Captain’s Pick with less certainty. Neither pick is wrong until the game plays out. The evidence supporting Robinson is the supporting cast and matchup. The Falcons’ defense is playing well. They’ve been in favorable spots, but they can’t control that. They can control how they play, and they’ve been a formidable defense. The 49ers are beat up, and Bijan is the focus of the Falcons. Mac Jones leans on Christian McCaffrey and former Patriots teammate Kendrick Bourne. The 4pers will also have George Kittle running routes on Sunday night.
UTIL Plays
Drake London ($10,200): There’s another tough decision at WR No. 1, but it’s not as difficult. Kendrick Bourne has emerged as Mac Jones’ No. 1 target. The two former New England Patriots are simpatico. The 49ers’ new duo won’t have it easy on Sunday night. The Falcons are the No. 1 defense in the NFL. Jon Gruden refers to them as “The Blank Squad.” Arthur Blank owns the 49ers, but more importantly, no one knows any of these defenders. That’s how the NFL works. By the time the public becomes aware of a star defender, their best years are often behind them. London has a more favorable matchup and is the No. 1 pass catcher for the Falcons. He’s caught 34 passes for 427 yards in five games, and he’s scored a touchdown in back-to-back games.
Michael Penix Jr. ($6,900): The quarterbacks are far less appealing. That’s not a slight on Penix and Mac Jones. The star running backs are superstars, and the two lead wideouts are consistently performing like Pro Bowlers. Penix and Jones have played well in 2025, but this is the first time in their young careers that’s been the case. It’s harder to trust them, but their performance thus far demands respect. The edge goes to Penix. A road matchup outside of the comfortable confines of a dome could limit pinnacle Penix, but defense is the deciding determinant. The Falcons’ defense has shut down the pass this season. The 49ers will be without DE Nick Bosa and LB Fred Warner.
Jordan Watkins ($200): Targeting the Falcons’ pass defense is not fun, but it’s a DraftKings Showdown Slate. With a limited player pool, tough decisions must be made, and picks with poor matchups must be made. The matchup is a problem, but the situation is not. The 49ers’ receiving corps got a little healthier with the return of George Kittle, but it’s still the walking dead. Ricky Pearsall, Brandon Aiyuk, and Marquez Valdes-Scantling are out. Jauan Jennings has multiple injuries, the least of which is five broken ribs. The 4th-round pick from Ole Miss caught 49 passes for 906 yards and nine touchdowns in his senior season. He was impressive in training camp before getting injured. Sunday night will mark his debut. It’s a tough spot, but it’s a spot and it’s at home in the prime time.

George Kittle ($7,400): Don’t rush to click Kittle’s name on DraftKings. This is his first game back. It’s his first game playing with Mac Jones. They don’t have game reps, and they have few practice reps because Mac Jones was limited in practice this week. Last but not least, the Falcons are for real. Atlanta has allowed nine receptions to tight ends this season. This is week seven, and the sum total of tight-end production against “The Blank Squad” is nine receptions for 88 yards and one touchdown. Tight ends are getting blanked.
