Two of the best fighters in the Women’s Flyweight division, No. 2 Manon Fiorot and No. 5 Jasmine Jasudavicius, will face each other on Saturday. Fiorot recently suffered her first loss in seven years against Valentina Shevchenko at UFC 315. Jasudavicius has won five straight fights and hasn’t lost since September 2023.
Here is my best bet for Manon Fiorot vs. Jasmine Jasudavicius at this week’s UFC Fight Night.
Jasmine Jasudavicius Moneyline (+190)
On DraftKings Sportsbook, Fiorot is a -230 favorite with Jasudavicius being a +190 underdog in this matchup. Although Jasudavicius is over a 2/1 underdog, this fight is a lot closer than the odds suggest.
Jasudavicius is coming off a first-round submission over former champion Jessica Andrade at UFC 315. On paper, Jasudavicius has a three-inch reach advantage over Fiorot while they are both 5’7″. However, Fiorot averages more significant strokes per minute. Jasudavicius is the more efficient striker. Also on the ground, Jasudavicius lands 1.55 more takedowns than Fiorot does.
Getting Jasudavicius, who hasn’t lost a fight in over two years at +190, is an excellent value play even though she’s facing a tough competitor. Fiorot does have an 87 percent takedown defensive rate, but Jasudavicius must get this fight to the ground in order to find success. Jasudavicius has had three submissions in her last five fights and doesn’t need to score many takedowns in order to win the contest.
