Week 8 of the college football season has a great slate of Saturday games, headlined by an SEC matchup between No. 11 Tennessee and No. 6 Alabama.

Ty Simpson 300+ Passing Yards (-102)
Ty Simpson is having a sensational season for Alabama. After a rocky Week 1 performance against Florida State, Simpson and the Crimson Tide have been on fire. They have already picked up big SEC wins over Georgia, Vanderbilt and Missouri. Now, Tennessee is next on the list of defenses attempting to stop Simpson. The Tennessee defense could be in for a long day on Saturday. The Volunteers rank 98th in the nation in defensive EPA/play and 110th in defensive success rate.
Georgia quarterback Gunner Stockton, who is not nearly the passer that Ty Simpson is, threw for over 300 yards against Tennessee. Syracuse’s Steve Angeli, Mississippi State’s Blake Shapen and Arkansas’ Taylen Green all had success against Tennessee as well, not to mention UAB QB Jalen Kitna throwing for 364 yards against the Volunteers. Alabama could be without star running back Jam Miller for this game, which could lead to an even more pass-heavy approach from the Crimson Tide. Ty Simpson has cleared 300 passing yards twice this season, and should do so again when facing this vulnerable Tennessee secondary.
Chris Brazzell II Anytime TD (+135)
Chris Brazzell II is one of the most electric receivers in the SEC. At 6’5 200 pounds with serious speed, he is nearly unguardable. Last week, Arkansas committed all of its defensive resources to stopping Brazzell. While they largely took him out of the game, it made life easy on Joey Aguilar to hit his other receivers in single coverage all game. Alabama would be unwise to go with the same approach and should make Joey Aguilar have to earn everything in this game. While the defense will still be dialed in on Brazzell, Aguilar will still look for him in the red zone. At his size, he is an easy target to find in a crowded end zone. Brazzell has seven receiving touchdowns on the season, while the next-best Tennessee receiver has just two. Whether it comes on a classic Brazzell deep shot or in a goal-to-go spot, the Tennessee star should score a touchdown in this game.
