The second matchup of this week’s MNF doubleheader features a battle between the Bears and Commanders. Heading into the season, many were intrigued about how targets would be divvied up among the Chicago receiving corps, with D.J. Moore serving as the incumbent WR1 and Odunze looking to take the next step. As it turns out, that next step for Rome was a giant hurdle right over Moore, establishing himself as the clear top wideout for Caleb Williams.
Odunze has racked up a monstrous five touchdowns through four contests, mixing in a healthy dose of big-play scores and red zone targets. The second-year receiver should continue to eat against a Washington secondary that surrenders the 10th-most passing yards per game.
