Under new head coach Ben Johnson, Caleb Williams has been more efficient in his second season in the NFL, averaging 7.1 YPA after averaging 6.3 as a rookie. The quarterback is averaging 231.8 passing yards per game and Williams has done most of his damage in the first half of games. The 23-year-old is completing 67.1% of his passes in the first half and 63% of his passing yards have come in the first half, resulting in 146.3 first-half passing yards per game for Williams.

Williams has exceeded 109.5 first-half passing yards in three of his four starts this season and he is in an appealing spot Monday vs. the Commanders, who are allowing the fifth-most yards per pass this season (7.5).

Williams and the Bears should be forced into a pass-heavy gameplan as 5.5-point underdogs and this game should be high-scoring, with this contest presenting a 49.5-point total on DraftKings Sportsbook. The 109.5 first-half passing yard-line is too low for Williams in this terrific spot and he is a strong wager for over this number.
