It’s another two-game Monday Night Football slate to finish off Week 6. The action gets started in Atlanta, where the Falcons will host Josh Allen and the Bills. Later, Caleb Williams and the Bears battle Jayden Daniels and the Commanders in a showdown between talented young quarterbacks.
Clearly, these matchups aren’t lacking in star power. With that being said, primetime games often come down to unheralded names stepping up in a big spot. Here are two Monday night bargain plays fantasy football managers should consider in all DFS contests.

RB Tyler Allgeier, Atlanta Falcons ($4,700)
On plenty of teams, Tyler Allegier would be a true bell-cow running back. However, in Atlanta he’s forced to play behind superstar Bijan Robinson ($8,200). That’s a good problem to have for head coach Raheem Morris. The Falcons have two talented rushers with drastically different approaches. Robinson is more of a finesse player, beating defenses with his speed and agility. Allegier is old-school, capable of churning out tough yardage. Through four games, the latter has garnered 43 carries for 155 yards and two touchdowns.
Going up against a dynamic offense, it’s imperative that Atlanta runs the ball. It helps that Buffalo is allowing 5.6 yards per rush attempt, tied for the second-worst mark in football. The Bills are a good bet to score well over 20 points. That means the Falcons will need to keep up with touchdowns of their own. Inside the ten yard line, Allgeier leads the team with seven carries to Robinson’s three. If the Dirty Birds find themselves at the goal line, their RB2 could find the end zone.
WR Luke McCaffrey, Washington Commanders ($3,800)
Terry McLaurin (quadriceps) and Noah Brown (groin/knee) are out this week. That leaves the Commanders depleted at wide receiver behind Deebo Samuel ($6,400), who is also questionable. Head coach Dan Quinn has suggested that the team will make a game-time decision on the Pro Bowler’s availability.
Figuring out who will serve as Jayden Daniels’ WR2 (potentially WR1) is anyone’s guess. Washington’s most likely candidates are two names: Luke McCaffrey and Chris Moore ($3,000). The latter of the two has seen the third-most snaps at the position this season. However, he’s recorded just one catch for five yards.
McCaffrey is more of a wildcard, offering low-floor, high-ceiling upside. Through five games this season, the 24-year-old has notched seven catches for 146 yards and two touchdowns. As an added bonus, he serves as Washington’s primary kick returner. Don’t expect a house call against Chicago, but it’s something to keep in mind. The Bears are a below-average secondary, allowing the 13th-most fantasy points to wideouts. All it’ll take is a big play or two for McCaffrey to deliver value on Monday
