Week 6 has arrived and the Sunday slate will kick off at 9:30 a.m. ET with another international matchup. The Jets and Broncos will face off in London, England on Sunday, Oct. 12.
The Jets are 0-5, while the Broncos are 3-2 and riding a two-game win streak into this neutral location game.
Denver is a 7.5-point favorite and -410 on the moneyline, while New York is +320 on DraftKings Sportsbook. The game total is set at 43.5 points.

Here are my favorite player props for this Week 6 NFL game between the Jets and Broncos.
Jets vs. Broncos Best Prop Bets
Garrett Wilson anytime touchdown (+180)
It doesn’t matter how bad the Jets are, Garrett Wilson will get his scoring chances. It’s even possible that the lack of talent is helping Wilson produce better numbers in 2025.
The fourth-year wide receiver has 382 receiving yards and four touchdowns while catching 33-of-48 targets. The next closest is Mason Taylor at 175 receiving yards while catching 20-of-28 targets. Only three other players have receiving touchdowns: Jeremy Ruckert, Allen Lazard and Andrew Beck, all of whom play small roles in the pass game.
These stats may have bettors considering Wilson’s receiving yards (55.5) or receptions (5.5) lines, but that’s not the best idea with Patrick Surtain II likely following him around all game. While Wilson has hit the over on both of those lines in four of five games, he hasn’t had to play against a cornerback of Surtain’s caliber yet.
The anytime touchdown is much better value at +180, and it only requires Wilson to beat Surtain once in the redzone. Wilson scored a touchdown in four of five games this year, and his targets are always plentiful, especially with limited talent around him.
If Wilson scores a touchdown, it would mark his fourth straight game with a score.
Bo Nix over 1.5 passing touchdowns (-105)
Bo Nix isn’t having the best sophomore campaign, but that doesn’t matter this week. The Jets are such a poor defensive team that Nix may just look like the best quarterback in the NFL this week.
That’s hyperbole, but Nix will still dominate the Jets. New York ranks 31st in points allowed and 22nd in yards allowed. Its passing defense ranks 13th in yards and 27th in touchdowns. The Jets are allowing a lot of points despite some resistance in yards.
This leads me to Nix’s over 1.5 passing touchdowns prop. The line is set at -105, so it’s almost even value. Nix has thrown at least two touchdowns in two of five games this season, but he can make it three of six with a good performance against the Jets this week.
Justin Fields over 36.5 rushing yards (-111)
Justin Fields has always been a great running quarterback since entering the league in 2021. He peaked at 1,143 rushing yards in 2022, but his rushing ability is still a factor years later.
The 26-year-old is up to 204 rushing yards through four games this season. He also has three rushing touchdowns, which would be a good bet this week if I wasn’t banking on Wilson catching one. It’s possible both score, but that’s trusting the Jets’ offense too much.
The yards are a bit safer because Fields tends to break out of the pocket. He’s rushed at least five times in each game this year with yardage totals of 48, 49, 81 and 26. It’s not always as efficient as 49 yards on five carries or 81 yards on seven carries, but it gets the job done for bettors.
With so few options on offense, Fields can keep the ball and run against the Broncos.
