This week’s Thursday Night Football matchup features an NFC East battle between the Philadelphia Eagles and New York Giants. Every win counts in divisional duels, and while these teams are divided by a wide talent gap on paper, both Philly and New York are capable of racking up points. Cam Skattebo (+150)
Skattebo has failed to find the end zone in each of the Giants’ last two contests since taking over as the bellcow, but his production and involvement in the offense have been encouraging nonetheless.
The rookie is averaging a solid 3.8 yards per carry on the year and has shown consistent success as a receiver out of the backfield. Philly’s defense will prove a tough test for the Arizona State product, but he’s due for 15-20 touches in a run-heavy offensive game plan. Skattebo should see no shortage of opportunities to break his scoreless streak on Thursday, even with Tyrone Tracy returning from injury.
Dallas Goedert (+240)
While the 2025 season has left A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith frustrated with their diminished roles so far, Goedert has nothing to complain about. The veteran tight end has been incredibly involved, seeing at least seven targets in two of his four outings.
All of that said, what we’re really here to talk about is the likelihood of Goedert getting into the end zone. I love his anytime TD value at +240, because that’s all he’s been doing this year. Through five weeks, the 30-year-old has already doubled his 2024 touchdown total, scoring four times over his last three games. At this rate, I’d recommend tailing Jalen Hurts’ current favorite target until his production starts to fade, especially at odds well into plus-money territory against a porous Giants defense.

Theo Johnson (+360)
Speaking of tight ends who seem to live in the end zone, Theo Johnson has firmly put himself on the map ahead of Thursday Night Football. The second-year tight end has quickly turned into Jaxson Dart’s go-to guy. Johnson has racked up a whopping nine red zone targets through five games, tied for second-most in the entire NFL.
To say these looks have translated to success lately would be an understatement. In fact, over the last two weeks, if Jaxson Dart threw a touchdown, Johnson was on the receiving end of it. That’s not hyperbolic. Three scores over two games and an established snap share put the 22-year-old in a prime position to keep his streak rolling, even against a tough Eagles defense. At +360, the value is extremely intriguing.
