Despite a sluggish start to the Kansas City Chiefs’ season, the three-time reigning AFC champs have started to round into form, most impressively picking up a 37-20 win over the Baltimore Ravens in Week 4. They have a chance to climb back over .500 with a win over the Jacksonville Jaguars on Monday Night Football tonight at 8:15 p.m. ET.
There’s no way of separating the Chiefs’ impressive Game 4 win with Xavier Worthy’s return. The second-year wideout, three weeks after suffering a dislocated shoulder after running into teammate Travis Kelce, hauled in five of his eight targets for 83 yards and added 38 more on the ground.
Kansas City is a 3.5-point favorite at DraftKings Sportsbook, with the point total set to 45.5. Below, I’ve detailed my favorite prop bets centered around Worthy.

Xavier Worthy 60+ Receiving Yards (-113)
If the trend that Worthy displayed towards the end of last season was legitimate, this should be a pretty easy bar for him to reach. The speedster notched 60 or more receiving yards in each of his last two full regular season games and in two of the Chiefs’ three playoff games. Plus, his 83 yards in Week 4 came on just 58.9% of the team’s offensive snaps, his lowest share across a full game since Week 10 last season. Given that he fully participated in practice on both Thursday and Friday, he should play more snaps tonight, though his recently-turned ankle could impact his game-breaking speed.
Jacksonville is largely 3-1 on the strength of its defense. The secondary has been pretty solid, recording the second-highest coverage grade at PFF and allowing the second-fewest yards. Worthy could have his hands full with veteran Jourdan Lewis, who’s allowed just a 29.1 passer rating on his 23 targets and can guard either the slot or the outside, but I’m not that convinced that Lewis’ hot form is sustainable, given that he’s never earned any sort of season-long recognition in his nine-year career. Plus, with just a 4.54-second 40-yard dash, Lewis might not have the foot speed to keep up with Worthy and his record 4.21-second time.
Xavier Worthy to Catch a Pass on 1st KC Chiefs Drive: Yes (+143)
Worthy’s three-snap performance in Week 1 demonstrated his importance to the offense: he received a target and recorded a rushing attempt in the first three plays of the game alone. Not so surprisingly, he picked up right where he left off in his return, catching his very first target, which was nullified by a face mask penalty on the Ravens’ Marlon Humphrey. Just four plays after that, he recorded his first official catch of the season, converting a 4th and 2 with a quick out. He also caught a pass on Kansas City’s first drive in Super Bowl LIX.
Despite the 2-2 record, the Chiefs’ offense has been able to control the clock and move the ball well this season. So far, they have the second-longest average possession length, the most plays per drive, and the fifth-highest average yardage. Mahomes also passes at a higher rate in the first half than the second. The Jaguars’ defense has been great, forcing the second-shortest drives that gain the seventh-fewest yards on the seventh-fewest plays, but they’ve also allowed their second-highest passer rating and average net yards per attempt figure in the first quarter.
