NFL Week 5 is almost in the books, pending the Sunday and Monday night matchups, but the opening odds for Week 6 are up on DraftKings Sportsbook and it’s time to give them a look.

There is one game on Thursday. There are 12 games on Sunday, with one in London, and there are two Monday night games.

Houston and Minnesota have their byes this week.

Here’s the full list of Week 6 odds on DraftKings Sportsbook.

Thursday Game, October 9

Eagles at Giants – 8:15 p.m. ET

Odds on Sunday, October 5

SpreadTotalMoneyline
PHI Eagles-7 -110O 42.5 -110-360
NY Giants+7 -110U 42.5 -110+285

Philadelphia lost its first game of the season to the Denver Broncos at home. The offense could only muster 17 points. The script was flipped uncomfortably, as Jalen Hurts threw for 280 yards while Saquon Barkley rushed for 30 yards. They should take out all their frustrations on New York. It’s a short week, though. Jaxson Dart will not go undefeated in his career, as the New Orleans Saints notched their first win of the season. Dart threw two interceptions and averaged a paltry 5.1 yards per attempt. Things are going to get real on Thursday night against an angry and ferocious Eagles defense.

Sunday Early Games – October 12

Broncos at Jets – 9:30 a.m. ET (London)

Odds on Sunday, October 5

SpreadTotalMoneyline
DEN Broncos-7.5 -105O 44.5 -110-380
NY Jets+7.5 -115U 44.5 -110+300

The Jets have not won a game yet. Now they are looking to extend the losses to another continent. The defense has allowed at least 27 points in every game with three over 30 points. After looking a little disjointed in losses to Indianapolis and the Los Angeles Chargers, the Broncos have righted the ship. Winning at home against a Joe Burrow-less Bengals team was expected, but going on the road to Philadelphia and eking out a 21-17 was mighty impressive. After the signature win, this contest against the Jets could be the one in which the offense finally puts up over 30 points.

Cardinals at Colts – 1 p.m. ET

Odds on Sunday, October 5

SpreadTotalMoneyline
ARI Cardinals+4.5 -105O 47.5 -110+190
IND Colts-4.5 -115U 47.5 -110-230

Arizona lost in Week 5 to the visiting Tennessee Titans, allowing the Titans to notch their first win of the season. Now the Cardinals have to travel to Indianapolis a face a legit Colts team that essentially had their bye week with the 40-6 thrashing of the Raiders.

Chargers at Dolphins – 1 p.m. ET

Odds on Sunday, October 5

SpreadTotalMoneyline
LA Chargers-5.5 -110O 46.5 -110-250
MIA Dolphins+5.5 -110U 46.5 -110+205

After winning their first three games of the season, the Chargers have now lost two straight. The Giants defensive line wreaked havoc then Washington racked up four sacks in Week 5. Miami is 23rd in pressure rate so there should be some reprieve and the pass defense has allowed the third-highest EPA per dropback. Miami lost to Carolina in Week 5 and now only has one win on the season, against the Jets.

Patriots at Saints – 1 p.m. ET

Odds on Sunday, October 5

SpreadTotalMoneyline
NE Patriots-3 -110O 45.5 -110-166
NO Saints+3 -110U 45.5 -110+140

The Patriots play on Sunday night against the Bills, in Buffalo. There’s dancing in the streets of New Orleans as the Saints marched over the visiting Giants, 26-14 in Week 5. This could be an interesting spot for New Orleans, as the Patriots could either be beat up from their matchup with the Bills or it could be the ultimate letdown game if they upset Buffalo.

Browns at Steelers – 1 p.m. ET

Odds on Sunday, October 5

SpreadTotalMoneyline
CLE Browns+4.5 -110O 37.5 -110+190
PIT Steelers-4.5 -110U 37.5 -110-230

Cleveland leads the NFL in pass rate at 65.28%! Most of that was with Joe Flacco getting wacco under center, but Dillon Gabriel went 19-of-33 for 190 yards and two touchdowns in his first career start. Pittsburgh is 22nd at 55.35%. Cleveland’s run defense is one of the best in the NFL. Attacking the secondary is the path of least resistance. Cleveland is ninth in pressure rate, though, with 10 sacks on the season. The unit has allowed eight passing touchdowns. Pittsburgh has been no steel curtain, but the defense hasn’t been getting gashed either in the last three games.

Cowboys at Panthers – 1 p.m. ET

Odds on Sunday, October 5

SpreadTotalMoneyline
DAL Cowboys-3 -120O 48.5 -115-170
CAR Panthers+3 +100U 48.5 -105+142

Dallas beat up on the Jets in Week 5, but who hasn’t? Now they get to beat up on the Panthers. The defense has four interceptions on the season, but the two sacks and 7% pressure rate are league lows. No other team is below 10% in pressure rate. Bryce Young has thrown fewer than 200 yards in four of five starts this season. Against a Dolphins secondary that had the third-highest EPA per dropback, Young finished with 198 yards, two touchdowns and an interception.

Seahawks at Jaguars – 1 p.m. ET

Odds on Sunday, October 5

SpreadTotalMoneyline
SEA Seahawks+1.5 -118O 45.5 -110+100
JAX Jaguars-1.5 -102U 45.5 -110-120

Seattle lost a heartbreaker to the Buccaneers at home. Sam Darnold threw for 341 yards, but the defense got eviscerated for 426 yards of total offense. At home! Now Seattle has to travel across the country to face a tough Jaguars defense. Jacksonville plays on Monday night, so they will have one fewer day of rest and recovery.

Rams at Ravens – 1 p.m. ET

Odds on Sunday, October 5

SpreadTotalMoneyline
LA Rams-7 -110O 46.5 -110-345
BAL Ravens+7 -110U 46.5 -110+275

The Rams lost in overtime to the division rival 49ers on Thursday. Their other loss was to Philadelphia. Not too shabby. The Rams get extra rest having played on Thursday. Baltimore is in disarray, notching only one win on the season and getting thumped by Houston at home in Week 5, 44-10. No Lamar Jackson and a porous defense isn’t a good combo. Jackson could be out for this one as well with no help in sight for the defense.

Sunday Late Games – October 12

Titans at Raiders – 4:05 p.m. ET

Odds on Sunday, October 5

SpreadTotalMoneyline
TEN Titans+5.5 -105O 42.5 -110+220
LV Raiders-5.5 -115U 42.5 -110-270

Las Vegas go thumped by Indianapolis is Week 5, 40-6. The losing streak is now at four games. Should the Raiders be favored against anyone, let alone by 5.5 points? Tennessee got its first win of the season in Arizona in Week 5, 22-21. Cam Ward went 21-of-39 for 265 yards with one interception. Geno Smith entered the week leading the league with seven interceptions. He threw two more in Week 5.

Bengals at Packers – 4:25 p.m. ET

Odds on Sunday, October 5

SpreadTotalMoneyline
CIN Bengals+14.5 -110O 44.5 -105+800
GB Packers-14.5 -110U 44.5 -115-1350

Green Bay had its bye in Week 5 and should be well-rested for this one. Cincinnati lost its third straight in Week 5, 37-24 to Detroit at home. Jake Browning threw three interceptions and has eight on the season.

49ers at Buccaneers – 4:25 p.m. ET

Odds on Sunday, October 5

SpreadTotalMoneyline
SF 49ers+3 -105O 47.5 -110+142
TB Buccaneers-3 -115U 47.5 -110-170

Mac Jones led the 49ers to a gritty 26-23 overtime win over the division rival Rams in Week 5. Brock Purdy’s availability is unknown at this time. San Francisco will have a few extra days of rest having played on Thursday the week before. Tampa Bay traveled to Seattle in Week 5 and came out with an impressive 38-35 victory. Baker Mayfield threw for 379 yards while Emeka Egbuka hauled in 163 of them.

Sunday Night Game – October 12

Lions at Chiefs – 8:20 p.m. ET

Odds on Sunday, October 5

SpreadTotalMoneyline
DET Lions+1.5 -115O 49.5 -105+100
KC Chiefs-1.5 -105U 49.5 -115-120

After losing their opener in Green Bay, the sky was falling. After four straight impressive wins, the sky has not only risen back up but is now filled with blue and gray fireworks shaped like lions. Detroit now faces another stiff test, going to Kansas City to face Patrick Mahomes’ Chiefs. Kansas City plays Monday night in Jacksonville.

Stan joined DraftKings in December of 2020. It was a glorious time, except for that whole COVID thing, when we got Madden streams and boisterous bat flips from the KBO. I was brought on board to bring some West Coast flavor. I especially love hoops, and most of my content is in that arena. When I walk along the beach, strumming my guitar, the beat that I hear is not one of crashing waves. No, it is the beat of the ball bouncing off the hardwood with highs provided by the squeaks of the sneakers. Ball is life.
