Week 5 of the 2025-26 NFL season continues with a great Sunday Night Football matchup between the New England Patriots and the Buffalo Bills. Josh Allen More Than 0.5 Rushing + Receiving TDs
Josh Allen is a touchdown machine. Whether through the air or on the ground, he puts the ball in the end zone. However, in this game against the Patriots, I am backing Allen to get a touchdown with his legs. Through four games, Allen is averaging 7.8 carries per game, with many of those coming in the red zone. Allen has three rushing touchdowns through four games, continuing his incredible run of scoring success. Since the start of the 2022 season, only Jalen Hurts and Derrick Henry have more rushing touchdowns than Allen. The star quarterback has three rushing touchdowns in his last three games against the Patriots and should add to that number on Sunday night.
TreVeyon Henderson More Than 48.5 Rushing + Receiving Yards
TreVeyon Henderson is having a fairly bright start to his rookie season. Henderson entered the season knowing that he would be sharing snaps with Rhamondre Stevenson and Antonio Gibson. However, he has already carved out a nice role in the offense for himself in both the rushing game and the passing game. At Ohio State, Henderson proved that he can do it all. He can run between the tackles, bounce outside with great speed and be a weapon in the receiving game. The Patriots will need their rookie to hit some explosive plays to pull off the upset against Buffalo. Henderson is the type of game-changing player that can shift the outcome of a matchup like this if he comes online. The Bills rank 28th in the NFL in defensive EPA/rush this season. They have been gashed on the ground all season. Henderson should be able to break a couple of long runs or screen plays to get over this number.
Drake Maye More Than 229.5 Passing Yards
Drake Maye is growing into a solid NFL quarterback for the Patriots. Among 33 qualified quarterbacks, Maye ranks fourth in EPA+CPOE composite. Only Sam Darnold, Jared Goff and Jordan Love have been better than Maye so far this season. He is capable of throwing down the field and hitting explosive plays, but is also making smart throws and taking care of the ball. He has nine total touchdowns and just two interceptions so far. Maye should throw for more than 229.5 passing yards against the Bills on Sunday night. Maye has cleared this number in three of four games, averaging 247 passing yards per outing. The one game he went under this number was last week in a blowout win over the Panthers. Maye didn’t need to push at all, as the Patriots dominated from the jump. Against the Bills, Maye will likely need to throw early to keep up and keep throwing to catch up against the elite Bills’ offense. Maye cleared this number against the Bills last season and should do so again in primetime Sunday night.
