Desert Gate enters this race as the favorite at 3/2 on DK Horse. Desert Gate with Trainer Bob Baffert and Jockey Juan J. Hernandez has made three starts with two first-place finishes. Kristofferson has the second-best odds to win this event at 9/5. In August, Kristofferson made their first start at Del Mar and won the race.
