The third fight on the UFC 320 Main Card is an excellent Light Heavyweight bout between former champion Jiri Prochazka and Khalil Rountree Jr., a former title challenger. Prochazka and Rountree are both coming off victories against Jamahal Hill, with Prochazka picking up a knockout and Rountree winning by decision. Magomed Ankalaev vs. Alex Pereira 2 for the Light Heavyweight Championship is the Main Event of this card.

Here is my prediction and best bet for Jiri Prochazka vs. Khalil Rountree Jr. at UFC 320.

Jiri Prochazka To Win By KO/TKO/DQ (-105)

Jiri Prochazka has only been in the UFC since 2020, but win or lose, each time he fights, a finish is guaranteed. He is 5-2 in the UFC with five finishes, with 30 of his 31 MMA wins coming via KO/TKO or submission. Prochazka is all action when he competes and will not stop until he achieves a finish.

At UFC 295, Prochazka defeated Glover Texieira for the title and has since gone 2-2 with two losses by knockout against Alex Pereira. When facing anyone not named Alex Pereira, he has looked dominant and untouchable in each fight. Prochazka is attempting to win his second straight fight for the first time since 2022 and make another push for a title shot. But first, he has a vicious and terrifying knockout in front of him in Rountree, who has picked up four knockouts in his previous six wins.

In this exciting 205-pound contest, Prochazka is a -205 favorite, while Rountree is a +170 underdog on DraftKings Sportsbook. Since Prochazka is a finishing machine, it is wise to get him to win this fight via KO/TKO at -105. Prochazka should be able to dictate the pace of this contest since he is taller with a four-inch reach advantage. In this matchup, Prochazka averages 5.74 significant strikes per minute compared to Rountree’s 3.79. If Prochazka can start the fight aggressively while moving around the Octagon, he should be able to knock out Rountree.
