The UFC is making its debut in Qatar on November 22, and the main event features an excellent Lightweight fight between No. 2 Arman Tsarukyan and No. 6 Dan Hooker. The co-main event of this card is No. 1 Belal Muhammad vs. No. 6 Ian Machado Garry in a Welterweight contest.
On DraftKings Sportsbook, Tsarukyan is a big -325 favorite with Hooker being a +260 underdog.
Tsarukyan has won nine of his previous 10 fights and beat former champion Charles Oliveira in his last bout. Tsarukyan was initially scheduled to face Islam Makhachev at UFC 311 for the title, but he withdrew due to an injury. Since then, Tsarukyan weighed in as the backup fighter at UFC 317 in June for the Championship fight between Ilia Topuria and Charles Oliveira.
Hooker has won three consecutive fights and is coming off a victory against Mateusz Gamrot at UFC 305 in August 2024. After that contest, Hooker was supposed to face Justin Gaethje at UFC 313 in March, but was sidelined because of a hand injury. The winner of this fight will put them in a prime position for a future title shot against the reigning champion, Topuria.
