The Browns have had some shining moments in 2025, but their record is not one of them. They’re 1-3 through four weeks and now get a Week 5 matchup against the Vikings in London.

Cleveland’s defense has stood out this season, while its offense has been fairly lackluster. Joe Flacco has been the starting quarterback so far, but he may lose his job to Dillon Gabriel. That could change the trajectory of the offense, but the team still has some hoops to jump through.

One notably is the loss of Cedric Tillman. The wide receiver has two of the Browns’ three receiving touchdowns this season, so they’ll have to find someone to replace his production. One name that comes to mind is David Njoku. The tight end has been a consistent pass catcher for the team throughout his nine-year career.

Njoku has 128 yards on 14 receptions, which ranks third and second, respectively this season. He’ll certainly make up for some lost production with Tillman sidelined, but he won’t be the main beneficiary.

Jerry Jeudy will likely see more attention now that there’s less competition for him at wide receiver. Jeudy already leads the team in receiving yards and is third in receptions. He’s only going to get more looks moving forward.

Another name that will be competing with Njoku is Harold Fannin Jr.. The rookie is also a tight end, though the Browns have worked both him and Njoku into their offense more often than not. Njoku has played 82 percent of offensive snaps this year, while Fannin has played 71 percent.

Fantasy owners also have to consider the impact that Gabriel will have on the offense, assuming he does in fact start. Maybe he gravitates toward Njoku, but it’s too unpredictable at this point.

The only certainty with the Browns offense is that Jeudy will be the top wide receiver moving forward and Quinshon Judkins will be carrying the rock.
