Will Cedric Tillman bets be refunded after injury during Lions vs. Browns in NFL Week 4?

Midway through the second quarter of the Lions and Browns game, the Browns announced that Cedric Tillman (hamstring) will not return with his injury.

Tillman’s emerged as a legitimate WR2 to Jerry Jeudy in this Browns offense, which is still looking to find its footing with veteran Joe Flacco at the quarterback helm.

Thankfully for Tillman’s prop backers, because he left the game in the first half, DraftKings’ new Early Exit program is in effect. Anyone who made a single bet on Tillman will receive cash credits. As for parlays, the remaining legs of your parlay will remain open, and the odds of your parlay will be recalculated excluding the leg that qualifies for Early Exit.
