Best NFL Prop Bets for Eagles vs. Buccaneers on Sunday 9/28/25

Two of the six undefeated 3-0 teams in the NFL, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Philadelphia Eagles, will face off on Sunday at 1:00 p.m. ET. Tampa Bay has won three straight games in the last minute of the game, while the Eagles are coming off a buzzer-beater victory of their own against the Los Angeles Rams.

On DraftKings Sportsbook, the Eagles are -3.5 while the Bucs are +154 on the moneyline. The all-time series between these two teams is 9-9, with Tampa Bay winning four of the last five matchups. Here are my favorite three prop bets for Sunday’s matchup at 1:00 p.m. ET between the Bucs and Eagles.

Saquon Barkley Over 80.5 Rushing Yards (-112)

After a career season, Eagles superstar RB Saquon Barkley has gotten off to a slow start. He is 13th in rushing yards (194) while only allowing 3.3 yards per carry through the first three weeks. Barkley is coming off a game against the Rams where he had 18 attempts for 46 yards. Even though Barkley hasn’t looked like the same player from last season, he is bound to bounce back.

Barkley only has one game with more than 80.5 rushing yards this season. But the good news is he hasn’t had back-to-back games with fewer than 81 yards since 2023. Last season, Barkley totaled 84 rushing yards against the Buccaneers. With that being said, it is best to invest in Barkley now while his total in rushing yards is still low, because it will eventually increase significantly as his production improves.

Emeka Egbuka Over 59.5 Receiving Yards (-110)

The 2025 first-round pick, Emeka Egbuka, has quickly emerged as a top target for Baker Mayfield. Egbuka finished with six catches for 85 yards last week, his most catches and yards in his first three weeks in the NFL. After Mike Evans got injured, Egbuka became Mayfield’s go-to option. Since Evans is out in Week 4, it should mean an even larger role for Egbuka on offense.

Getting Egbuka to record over 59.5 receiving yards at -110 is an excellent play considering he has already hit that mark in two of three games. The Eagles have allowed at least 60 yards to the opposing teams’ top receiving target each week this season.

A.J. Brown Over 4.5 Receptions (-132)

In Week 1, A.J. Brown only received one target, but since has been targeted eight-plus times each game. That has translated into Brown finishing with over 4.5 receptions in the last two games. You can get Brown to surpass 4.5 catches once again at -132 on DraftKings Sportsbook.

Brown is coming off a monster performance against the Rams with six catches, 109 yards, and a touchdown. Also, Brown had nine catches in his previous game against Tampa Bay in September 2023. In the second half of last week’s game, the Eagles began to get Brown involved in the offense, and since it resulted in a victory, that shouldn’t change anytime soon.
