Jadarian Price Anytime TD (-130)
Jadarian Price is the second-best running back on his own team, but one of the best running backs in the nation. Last season, Ohio State had TreVeyon Henderson and Quinshon Judkins, both of whom ended up being second-round draft picks. Notre Dame has a similar situation with Jeremiyah Love and Jadarian Price. Price has been exceptional so far this season, rushing for five touchdowns over the past two games. While Love is still getting more carries overall, Price is getting a lot of goal line touches. He has more touchdowns on the season than Love, despite being the backup.
It should be a big game for both Notre Dame running backs, as Arkansas ranks 107th in the nation in defensive EPA/rush and 127th in defensive rushing success rate. Opposing rushing attacks have gashed them all season, and Notre Dame should move the ball with ease. There will be plenty of scoring opportunities for the Fighting Irish, and Price should convert at least one of them for a touchdown.
Taylen Green 60+ Rushing Yards (-117)
Taylen Green is having an exceptional season for Arkansas. His defense is doing him no favors, costing the Razorbacks games against Memphis and Ole Miss. The team’s poor record will also likely cost Green any serious Heisman candidacy. However, Green’s numbers are tracking to be on a Heisman level through four games. Green ranks eighth in the country in passing yards, third in passing touchdowns and leads all quarterbacks in rushing yards. He can make magic with his arm, but also his legs, which he should use against Notre Dame.
The Fighting Irish have been terrible defensively this season. After being one of the best defenses in the nation last season, they are sorely missing defensive coordinator Al Golden and some of their departed NFL stars. Notre Dame ranks 130th in defensive EPA/play and 95th in defensive rushing success rate. If it doesn’t drop back and cover, Green will pick them apart through the air. Notre Dame will have no choice but to leave a light box, which should allow Green to scramble when things aren’t open downfield. Green is averaging 90 rushing yards per game this season, and he should easily run for at least 60 in this matchup.
