We’re a few weeks into the 2025 NFL season, and Caleb Williams, Daniel Jones and Drake Maye all currently rank as top-six fantasy QBs. It’s fair to say most managers are facing tough lineup decisions at the position. To make some of those calls easier, let’s break down my QB start/sit Week 4 fantasy football picks!

Start ‘Em: Jordan Love (Packers) at Cowboys
Last week, I told you to sit Jordan Love, declaring him a virtually unstartable fantasy asset due to Green Bay’s offensive system. That statement still (mostly) rings true, and my recommendation was the right one, as Love only scored 12.1 points.
All of that said, an exception can be made for the Cowboys. Yes, they are THAT bad.
Dallas is allowing a ridiculous 288 passing yards per game, over 20 more than the next-highest team in the league. They are also (shocker) surrendering the most fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks. Even with the Packers’ offense struggling to really find its rhythm, Love should be started with confidence as a low-end QB1. If the Packers can’t figure it out against the Cowboys, they won’t figure it out against anyone.
Sit ‘Em: Kyler Murray (Cardinals) vs. Seahawks
“Uninspiring” is the term that most comes to mind when trying to describe Kyler Murray’s fantasy production thus far in 2025. The supposed dual-threat QB hasn’t flashed the same dynamism we’ve seen in years past, failing to eclipse 40 rushing yards in a contest yet, while also staying out of the end zone. It also isn’t helpful that his No. 1 receiver apparently doesn’t want to catch the football.
Without the rushing numbers we’re used to, Murray has been reduced to a middle-of-the-road fantasy option, which is exactly where he ranks as the current QB15. Kyler has scored between 14 and 19 points in all three contests, and he draws a tricky matchup against Seattle this week. The Seahawks allow the sixth-fewest fantasy points to opposing signal callers. I would stash Murray on your bench until he showcases elite production again.

Start ‘Em: Caleb Williams (Bears) at Raiders
THIS is the Caleb Williams Bears (and fantasy managers) have been waiting for. All it took was a competent offensive playcaller to unlock him.
To be fair to Ben Johnson, he’s far more than competent, which is why Chicago’s improved offense finally translated to a win in Week 3. Williams operated the passing attack flawlessly, completing 19 of 28 attempts for 298 yards and four touchdowns, good for 29.12 fantasy points.
The second-year signal caller has scored at least 18 points in each of his outings, providing a safe fantasy floor with legitimate QB1 upside. That should remain the case Sunday against the Raiders, who backup Marcus Mariota just picked apart.

Sit ‘Em: Dak Prescott (Cowboys) at Packers
After a Week 2 showing that reminded us of 2023 or 2021 Dak, the veteran took a step back last Sunday against Chicago. Prescott was still quite efficient, completing 31 of 40 passing attempts for 251 yards, but this time he only found the end zone once and threw a pair of interceptions.
It didn’t help that CeeDee Lamb failed to record a catch after suffering an ankle injury early. With the star receiver expected to miss some time, Prescott is a must-sit. It’s hard to trust any quarterback not named Josh Allen, Lamar Jackson or Jalen Hurts against this Packers defense.
While Green Bay suffered a mind-boggling upset to the Browns last week, Micah Parsons and company held up their end of the bargain. They should do so once again in Week 4.
Those are my QB start ’em, sit ’em Week 4 fantasy football picks! Stay tuned for more fantasy advice throughout the remainder of Week 4.
