Here are my top three home run prop picks on DraftKings Sportsbook for Friday’s 15-game slate on the diamond: Kody Clemens, Christian Yelich and Isaac Paredes.

Kody Clemens 1+ Home Run (+420)
This is a nice lil’ revenge game for Kody Clemens, who spent the last two seasons in Philadelphia before finding a new home in Minnesota in 2025. To be honest, Clemens probably isn’t much more than a useful platoon bat, but with the current state of the Twins, the 29-year-old has recently been hitting clean-up against RHPs. Somehow, he’s lived up to the role. In his 290 plate appearances against right-handers this season, Clemens has registered all 19 of his home runs and a .278 ISO. Not too shabby. Five of those long balls have also come in September, with Clemens memorably going deep three times in one game back against the Diamondbacks two weeks ago. Tonight’s matchup? Aaron Nola, who is currently sporting a 6.46 ERA. It’s been a rough campaign for Nola and most of the issues have been caused by left-handed opponents, as those within the split have managed 2.41 home runs per nine. Needless to say, that makes all of Minnesota’s LHBs interesting for bettors.
Christian Yelich 1+ Home Run (+501)
If you’re going to do something, do it better than anyone else, right? Zack Littell’s surface numbers aren’t even really that bad in 2025, as the RHP has mustered a 3.86 ERA across 182.0 innings of work. However, it would be an understatement to suggest that home run balls have been a problem. Coming into tonight’s start, Littell has conceded 36 opponent long balls — tied with Jake Irvin for the most in MLB and five clear of the man in third place. This is a two-man race to the top (bottom?) and with Irvin set to pitch on Saturday, Littell needs to pad his numbers on Friday to secure his spot in history. Considering he’s allowed multiple homers in a single contest 10 different times this season, I’d say I like Littell’s chances. As for Christian Yelich, the former NL MVP is one home run away from his first 30 bomb campaign since 2019. Yelich doesn’t profile like a slugger, yet he is currently leading all qualified hitters in HR/FB ratio (30.5%). He’s more than capable.
Isaac Paredes 1+ Home Run (+387)
I have no idea how Isaac Paredes is even playing at the moment, but the infielder has looked decent since returning from a lengthy IL stint, with three hits in his past two games and a home run back on September 21. Paredes has had pretty pronounced reverse-splits in 2025, feasting on right-handed pitching to the tune of a .214 ISO and an .844 OPS. On that note, Kyle Hendricks is an RHP. Kyle Hendricks is also reportedly about to make the final start of his career. Hendricks will be celebrated and remembered for his many All-Star campaigns in Chicago, but his lone year in Los Angeles has been a drag. The 35-year-old has a first percentile average fastball velocity (86.3) and a third percentile whiff rate (17.8%), which means opponents tend to make a lot of contact. That’s not an ideal way to pitch when you’re also surrendering 1.71 home runs per nine to opposing RHBs. I’ll miss you, Kyle. This article will miss you.
