CeeDee Lamb is off to a great start personally in 2025, and he will hope to keep that momentum going in Week 3 against the Bears.
Lamb is currently third in the NFL in receiving yards through two games, and is going against a Bears team that allowed 52 points in Week 2.

CeeDee Lamb has received 24 targets through two games, the second most in the NFL. He has hauled in 16 of those, recording 222 yards.
In Week 1, he was targeted 13 times, catching seven of those for 110 yards. Although it was a productive game, a few crucial drops at the end of the game cost him an insane stat line, but more importantly, a chance at the Cowboys winning the game. In Week 2, he was much more efficient, catching nine of 11 targets for 112 yards.
Lamb has recorded 100+ yards in both games, and I wouldn’t be shocked if he did it again against Chicago. The Bears currently rank 23rd in passing yards per game allowed, with an average of 234 per game. Their defense held up well in Week 1 against the Vikings, but they were absolutely demolished in a 52-21 loss to the Lions in Week 2. Jared Goff threw for 334 yards and five touchdowns. Amon-Ra St. Brown had his way with the secondary, recording nine catches for 115 yards and three touchdowns.
I don’t think Dak and Lamb will be able to put up video game numbers like that in Week 3, but I don’t see why they can’t be good enough for Lamb to easily cover 82 receiving yards or more. I think it’s more likely that Lamb has another 100-yard game than it is for him to go under his receiving total.
