WNBA Best Bets Today: Top Prop Bets for Thursday 9/18/25

Updated:

By: Alex Hunter

Thursday presents a two-game WNBA playoff slate. The Dream are hosting the Fever and the Aces are hosting the Storm. Both of these contests are win-or-go home Game 3s, with the winners advancing to the semi-finals. Below, I have featured three of my favorite WNBA player prop bets for these contests on DraftKings Sportsbook.

Top WNBA Prop Bets on DraftKings Sportsbook

Kelsey Mitchell O 19.5 Points (-130)

Kelsey Mitchell posted 27 points in the Game 1 loss and 19 points in Game 2, despite sitting for the entire fourth quarter, as the Fever ran away with a 17-point win. Mitchell only played 29 minutes in the Game 2 blowout, but she should receive around 35 minutes tonight in this must-win Game 3. With Caitlin Clark (groin), Sophie Cunningham (knee) and Aari McDonald (foot) all sidelined for Indiana, Mitchell is the team’s unquestioned No. 1 option.

In the 11 games Mitchell has played without Clark, Cunningham and McDonald this season, Mitchell is leading the Fever with 20.3 PPG and a 26.6% usage rate. She scored 20+ points in six of these 11 tilts.

Jackie Young 27+ Points, Rebounds and Assists (-120)

While the Aces had their 17-game winning streak snapped in Game 2 vs. the Storm, Jackie Young continued to flourish, posting 25 points, five rebounds and four assists across 35 minutes. The guard should see another huge workload tonight as Las Vegas looks to stay alive. Reaching 27 PRA shouldn’t be difficult for the ascending Young.

In her last 10 starts, Young is averaging 16.9 points, 7.4 assists and 5.0 rebounds per game while shooting 55% from the field. She has posted at least 27 PRA seven times in this stretch.

Rhyne Howard O 17.5 Points (-110)

Rhyne Howard should rise to the occasion tonight and top 17.5 points. The three-time All-Star has been excellent with 19.4 PPG in her last 10 starts with a 23.5% usage rate. Howard has surpassed 17.5 points in seven of these 10 games, including a 20-point outing vs. the Fever in Game 1.

Howard has scored at least 20 points in three of her six matchups with Indiana this season, and she is averaging 20 PPG in the playoffs for her career.
