Marlins at Rockies game delayed due to rain Wednesday 9/17/25

UPDATE: Marlins at Rockies is expected to begin at 9:20 p.m. EST.

Wednesday’s game between the Miami Marlins and Colorado Rockies will begin in a rain delay. While previously scheduled for an 8:40 p.m. EST first pitch, inclement weather in the area around Coors Field will prevent the contest from starting on time.

No updated start time has been announced yet.

The Marlins are -156 favorites on the Moneyline via DraftKings Sportsbook’s odds, while the Rockies come in at +128 odds to win.

Ryan Weathers (2.73 ERA, 1.04 WHIP, 27 SO) takes the mound for Miami against McCade Brown (9.88 ERA, 2.12 WHIP, 10 SO) for Colorado.
