Braves at Nationals Game 2 delayed due to rain Tuesday 9/16/25

The start of Tuesday’s second game between the Braves and Nationals will be delayed due to rain. The game was originally slated to start at 6:45 p.m. ET. We will update this article with a new start time once it’s provided.

The Braves are -192 favorites on the moneyline for this one, with the Nationals +156 underdogs on DraftKings Sportsbook. The run total is set at O/U 7.

Chris Sale is getting the start for Atlanta. He has a 5-5 record this season and has posted a 2.52 ERA. The Nationals are starting MacKenzie Gore in this one, who is 5-14 with an ERA of 4.14. There is a reason this total is so low, as both pitchers know how to keep runs off the board.
