Week 2 of the NFL season had plenty of drama and close contests, and some surprising tight ends stepped into the spotlight for their teams on their way to huge stat lines. While some star tight ends struggled, others were able to continue putting out solid results. As we look ahead to Week 3, who should start for oyur squad at this pivotal position? Let’s take a look at a quick recap of the top stories from Week 2 and then run down my top 15 TE Rankings for week 3.
With two games remaining on Monday, including some star tight ends, the biggest tight end performance of the week came from Thursday Night Football. Tucker Kraft (27.4 FPTS) had a monster week with two touchdowns and over 100 yards. Zach Ertz (18.4 FPTS), Jake Ferguson (16.8 FPTS), Juwan Johnson (15.9 FPTS) and Trey McBride (13.8 FPTS) rounded out the top five. with Johnson posting a second straight top-five performance to start the season for the Saints.
Which of those options can you trust in Week 3? To help you set your lineups each week, check out my positional rankings each Monday at DK Network. You can find them on my author page, if all the other awesome content bumps them down the page.
