Before Gordon knocked out Mark O. Madsen in November 2023, his previous KO/TKO was in 2017. But now his last two victories have come by knockout. Even though Gordon recently turned 37 years old, he seems to be improving in his eighth year in the promotion. On DraftKings Sportsbook, Gordon is a -230 favorite with Garcia being a +190 underdog in this bout.

In this matchup, Gordon is two inches taller, while Garcia has a two-inch edge in standing reach. On the feet, Gordon is a much better striker than Garcia is. Gordon averages 5.67 significant strikes per minute, 1.66 more than Garcia, while being 12 percent more accurate (55% vs. 43%).

Even though Gordon’s two recent wins have been by knockout, his six victories before that were via decision. Since Gordon is a big favorite, it is better to get Gordon to win by decision at -150 against Garcia.
