The PGA TOUR heads to Napa, California for the Procore Championship. The North Course at Silverado Resort and Spa will be the host course, and measures as a 7,138-yard par 72 with a blend of Poa Annua and Bentgrass greens.
We’ve got a 144-player field this week with a 36-hole cut. Scottie Scheffler is the overwhelming betting favorite on DraftKings Sportsbook at +210, while Russell Henley (+1600), Justin Thomas (+1600) and Patrick Cantlay (+1800) round out the top of the odds board.
Below I have outlined my two favorite bets for the week.
Ben Griffin to win (+2500)
What a season it’s been for Ben Griffin, who finally broke through for his first career PGA TOUR victory. In 28 starts in 2025, Griffin delivered consistently high-level performances, racking up 10 top-10 finishes—including wins at both the Charles Schwab Challenge and the Zurich Classic—as well as three additional top-four results.
Over his last 48 rounds in this field, spanning roughly 12 tournaments, Griffin ranks second in Total Strokes Gained, trailing only World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler. His all-around game is firing on all cylinders right now. During that stretch, he ranks fifth in Strokes Gained: Putting, 27th Around-the-Green, and 11th in Ball-Striking. One of his offseason goals was adding distance, and it’s paid off—he climbed to 71st on TOUR in driving distance, giving him more scoring opportunities on longer holes.
This will be his second career appearance at Silverado, having missed the cut here in 2023. But that finish was misleading—he actually gained strokes from tee to green but was derailed by losing 3.82 strokes on the greens. The underlying metrics suggest his game was much better than the result indicated.
Now, Griffin returns to Napa in the best form of his career, with added confidence after being named to the Ryder Cup team by Keegan Bradley. At 25/1, even in a field featuring Scheffler and other elite names, Griffin stands out as a strong value play this week.
Patrick Fishburn to win (+9000)
After a rough start to the season, Patrick Fishburn found his form over the summer and closed out 2025 on a high note. Beginning with the John Deere Classic in early July, Fishburn made five consecutive cuts to end the year—highlighted by top-eight finishes at both the ISCO Championship and the Wyndham Championship.
Over that final stretch, he ranks 15th in this field in Strokes Gained: Tee-to-Green, and an impressive third in both Putting and Total Strokes Gained—trailing only Scottie Scheffler and Cameron Young in the latter.
Fishburn made his tournament debut at Silverado last year and made an immediate impact, finishing solo third while ranking sixth in the field from tee to green. With that strong course history and his recent run of form, he presents intriguing value as a longshot at 90/1 in a field that’s noticeably deeper than usual for this event.
