Two surging Lightweight prospects, Chasen Blair and Samuel Sanches, will face off in the second bout on tonight’s episode of Dana White’s Contender Series. Blair enters the contest with a 7-3 record while Sanches is 10-1 with eight finishes.

Samuel Sanches Moneyline (-120)
Sanches comes from the MMA gym, Galpão da Luta in Brazil, where Felipe Franco, who is also competing on this card, trains. One of the best Heavyweights in the UFC, Jailton Almeida, is also a member of the gym. Just like Franco, Sanches is a finishing machine, picking up eight of his 10 victories by stoppage.
On DraftKings Sportsbook, this fight is the closest one on the card as Sanches is a -120 favorite with Blair being -110. Sanches has won seven straight fights since suffering the lone loss of his career in 2022.
Blair is making his second appearance on DWCS and first since October 2024, which he lost to Kody Steele via KO/TKO. Since then, Blair bounced back with a submission victory in April at Cage Warriors 188. Since Blair has recently been finished, it likely won’t bode well for him against another elite striker in Sanches.
