UPDATE: Puka Nacua has cleared concussion protocol and returned to the Rams matchup with the Texans.

Puka Nacua has left the Los Angeles Rams’ matchup with the Houston Texans following the final play of the first quarter after taking a nasty-looking hit on a reception. The star wide receiver is being evaluated for a concussion, and the hit drew blood.

Nacua has already pulled in three of the four targets thrown his direction for 23 receiving yards. He is a huge part of this Rams’ offensive attack, and losing him would be a brutal blow this soon in the game and season.

More information will be added as it is provided by the team. How Nacua looks while going through concussion protocol will decide his outlook from here.
