Last season was a weird one for the 49ers. As injuries piled up and key players took a step back, a promising NFC contender came apart at the seams. Despite that, Brock Purdy took a noticeable step forward in all facets of the game. He continued one of his favorite hobbies as well: dismantling the Seahawks.
Their Week 11 loss on a last-minute Geno Smith scramble touchdown was the first loss of Purdy’s career against their bitter rivals. It was also Brock’s second straight productive game with his legs, marking a year where his scrambling took a giant leap.
