Week 2 of the college football season begins with two fun Friday night games. These are the best player prop bets to consider at DraftKings Sportsbook for the first night of Week 2 action.

Louisville vs. James Madison: Miller Moss 260+ Passing Yards (-105)
Miller Moss is hoping for a big season at Louisville. Moss put up big numbers at USC last year and is hoping to partner well with Jeff Brohm, who turned Tyler Shough into a second-round NFL draft pick last season. It was a bit of an up-and-down first start for Moss against Eastern Kentucky. He threw two interceptions against a bad opponent, but he also showed how explosive this offense can be. Moss went for 223 passing yards in the game despite getting a rest once Louisville took a big enough lead. Against James Madison, it will be a tougher go for Louisville, but that also means they should be more aggressive with their offense. Moss cleared this number in six of nine starts last year and should get over this figure against James Madison as well.
Louisville vs. James Madison: Isaac Brown 2+ Rushing Touchdowns (+140)
Isaac Brown has the chance to be one of the best running backs in the nation in 2025. As a freshman, he ran for over 1,100 yards for the Cardinals, despite them having a second-round NFL draft pick at quarterback. Brown should be even better in his sophomore season, and he showed that in Week 1. Brown went for 126 yards on only six carries against EKU, an average of 21 yards per carry. Of his six carries, two of them went for touchdowns. He will get far more than six carries this week and should have no problem finding the end zone again. He is more than capable of breaking a long run for a score, as demonstrated last week. However, with the turnover issues Miller Moss demonstrated last week, Jeff Brohm will likely go to his trusty running back once the team gets close to the goal line.
Maryland vs. Northern Illinois: Dorian Fleming Anytime TD (+105)
After a slow start to their season opener against Florida Atlantic, Maryland found their groove in the second half. The slow start wasn’t overly surprising due to the Terrapins’ need to break in their freshman quarterback, Malik Washington. Washington started the game slowly, but once he found a rhythm, the Maryland offense looked exciting. He ended the game with 258 passing yards, three touchdowns and no interceptions, a great first career start. His go-to target was transfer tight end Dorian Fleming. Fleming ranked second on the team in receptions and receiving yards as a freshman at Georgia State last year. In his first game as a Terrapin, he led the team in receptions and scored a touchdown. Against Northern Illinois, Washington should look for his trusty tight end in the red zone and get Fleming another touchdown catch.
