WNBA Best Bets Today: Top Picks for Monday 9/1/25

On the menu for Monday is a three-game WNBA slate. Below, I have featured two of my favorite bets for Monday’s WNBA action on DraftKings Sportsbook.

Minnesota Lynx vs. Dallas Wings O 169.5 Points (-112)

169.5 points is simply too low of a number for the Lynx and Wings going head-to-head. When these two clubs went faced each other in the season opener, that tilt produced 183 points. This season, the Lynx are 20-17-2 for the over and the Wings have been even better in this category at 22-18-0.

Since the All-Star break, Minnesota is the No.1 rated offense in the WNBA. Minnesota’s defense has been slightly weaker than usual, ranking fifth in rating. Meanwhile, Dallas’ defense has been the worst in the league during this time, and the club ranks second in pace. The Wings’ offense has struggled, ranking 10th in rating, but Paige Bueckers (probable, calf) will play tonight, which is huge news for Dallas’ offense. With the No.1 pick from this past WNBA draft active this season, the Wings are scoring a solid 82.3 PPG.

This 169.5-point total is likely to keep moving up before this game tips off, so attacking this over quickly is wise.

Seattle Storm O 90.5 Points (-120)

The Storm have been strong on the offensive end as of late, exceeding 90.5 points in three of it’s last five games and tonight, Seattle is in a perfect spot to reach this feat again. The Storm are visiting the Sparks, who lead the WNBA in pace and rank third-to-last in defensive rating this season.

Since the All-Star break, Los Angeles has surrendered over 90 points in nine of its 16 games, including twice to the Storm. Overall, Seattle has faced the Sparks three times this season, and the Storm are scoring 98.3 PPG in those matchups.

To put a cherry on top, Los Angeles is playing its second game in two nights, so the team’s defense should be even weaker than usual. Seattle should flourish offensively, and the club is an elite bet for over 90.5 points.
