The NASCAR Cup Series playoffs begin with the Round of 16 at the Cook Out Southern 500. The race takes place at Darlington Raceway in Darlington, South Carolina.

Denny Hamlin, who won Saturday’s qualifying race, is the favorite to to win the race on DraftKings Sportsbook. He is +450 to win.

Behind Hamlin are William Byron (+500), Kyle Larson (+600) and Ryan Blaney (+650).

The 2025 Cook Out Southern 500 will take place on Sunday, Aug. 31 at 6 p.m. ET.
