WNBA Best Bets Today: Top Prop Bets for Monday 8/25/25

Updated:

By: Alex Hunter

Monday presents a two-game WNBA slate. The Liberty will be hosting the Sun and the Sky will be hosting the Aces. Below, I have featured three of my favorite WNBA player prop bets for these contests on DraftKings Sportsbook.

Angel Reese 26+ Points and Rebounds (-115)

Reese is in the midst of a strong sophomore campaign. The LSU product is averaging 14.5 points and 12.2 rebounds in 31.4 minutes per game with a 22.9% usage rate and 41.9% rebound percentage, all of which are team highs for Chicago. In fact, Reese’s 12.2 rebounds per game leads the entire WNBA. After shooting 39% from the field as a rookie, Reese is shooting 46% from the field this season and she is tied for the most double-doubles in the league with 19.

Reese has reached 26 PR in 16 of her 26 starts and she will be facing the Aces tonight, who rank ninth in defensive rating this season. Las Vegas is red hot right now, as the team has won 10 in a row, but Reese should still be able to grind out at least 26 PR tonight.

Tina Charles O 15.5 Points (-120)

After being the worst team in the league for most of the season, the Sun have greatly improved recently, winning four of their last five. Charles has been awesome during this five-game stretch, leading Connecticut with 18.6 PPG while shooting 50.7% from the field. The center has scored 21+ points in three of these five games and now, the Sun are expected to be without Leila Lacan (doubtful, eye) tonight.

While Lacan isn’t a big scorer, the rookie’s absence will create more opportunities for Charles. With Lacan off the floor this season, Charles’ usage rate increases 1.3 percentage points to a huge 29%. The former MVP is facing the 22-15 Liberty tonight, but New York’s defense has been subpar as of late, ranking eighth in defensive rating over its last five games. Charles scored 17 points when she last faced the Liberty earlier this month and she has a great chance to surpass 15.5 points tonight.

Kamilla Cardoso U 8.5 Rebounds (+110)

Cardoso is a terrific bet to fall short of 8.5 rebounds Monday vs. Las Vegas at this appealing +110 price. After missing a slew of games from July to August, Reese is fully healthy again for the Sky, which is bad news for Cardoso as a rebounder.

Reese is the WNBA’s leading rebounder this season and in the 22 games Cardoso and Reese have played together this season, Cardoso is averaging 7.5 rebounds per game with a 20.5% rebound percentage, which is a massive decrease from her 34% average for the season. In these 22 games, Cardoso has stayed under 8.5 rebounds 14 times.
