Michael “Venom” Page has gone 2-1 in the UFC and is coming off his first victory at Middleweight in the UFC against Shara “Bullet” Magomedov. Now, he will face former title challenger Jared Cannonier. It seems that Page has found a home at 185 pounds, which is where he is better suited.

Michael Page To Win By Decision (+100)
Although Cannonier is 41 years old, he is coming off a knockout victory against Gregory Rodrigues in February. He is 1-2 in his previous three contests. If Cannonier wants to attempt to rise in the Middleweight rankings, a victory is necessary for him.
Page is three inches taller (6’3″ vs. 5’11”) than Cannonier while possessing an inch and a half larger reach (79″ vs. 77.5). Although Cannonier lands more significant strikes per minute, Page is a much more accurate striker. If this is a traditional stand-up fight, it is Page’s bout to lose. His unique skill set on the feet makes it extremely difficult for opponents to figure him out.
On DraftKings Sportsbook, Page is a -218 favorite with Cannonier being a +180 underdog. Since MVP’s two UFC victories have come by decision, it is wise to get him to win on the judges’ scorecards at +100.
