Two top Heavyweight contenders, Filip Hrgovic and David Adeleye, will face each other on today’s boxing card in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Hrgovic is 18-1 with 14 knockouts, while Adeleye is 14-1 with 13 wins by KO/TKO.

Here is my best bet for Hrgovic vs. Adeleye.

Filip Hrgovic by KO/TKO/DQ (+140)

After losing to Daniel Dubois in June 2024, Hrgovic got back in the win column, defeating Joe Joyce in April. Adeleye is coming off a victory against Jeamie Tshikeva.

Hrgovic is a massive -500 favorite on DraftKings Sportsbook while Adeleye is a +350 underdog. With two knockout artists facing off, this fight is unlikely to go the distance. Getting Hrgovic to win by KO/TKO/DQ at +140 is a much better value play in this matchup.

Hrgovic is taller by an inch and a half (6’6″ vs. 6’4.5″) and has much more experience fighting on big events. Hrgovic hasn’t had back-to-back decision victories in his career, and he will likely come out more aggressive in this bout. Adeleye’s lone career loss came via TKO against Fabio Wardley in October 2023.
