WWE SmackDown 8/15 comes to the TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts tonight! The announced card includes Alexa Bliss vs. Piper Niven, DIY vs. Street Profits, and Faraxiom vs. Melo Don’t Miz. Also scheduled, Drew McIntyre will explain his attack on Cody Rhodes. Tickets for tonight’s event in Boston are still available via Ticketmaster.

Will John Cena Appear on WWE SmackDown in Boston?

While John Cena has not been announced for the August 15, 2025, episode of WWE SmackDown at the TD Garden, his name is always a topic of interest when WWE comes to his home state of Massachusetts. There is currently no official confirmation that Cena will appear, but fans in Boston will no doubt be hopeful for a surprise from the 17-time World Champion.

Cena is listed for the WWE Raw event scheduled to take place on Monday, September 15, in Springfield, Massachusetts. Tickets are available at the Mass Mutual Center.
