Tigers at Twins game delayed due to rain Friday 8/15/25

Friday evening’s matchup between the Minnesota Twins and Detroit Tigers will be delayed due to rain.

The game was originally scheduled for an 8:10 p.m. EST start but will begin in a rain delay. The contest is expected to start 20 minutes later at 8:30 p.m. EST.

DraftKings Sportsbook lists the Tigers as -127 favorites on the Moneyline on the road. The Twins are +105 underdogs with the run total set at 10.

Right-hander Charlie Morton (5.48 ERA, 1.53 WHIP, 117 SO) gets the start for the Tigers against Twins righty Pierson Ohl (7.15 ERA, 1.50 WHIP, nine SO).
