Phillies at Reds game delayed due to rain Wednesday 8/13/25

UPDATE: Phillies at Reds is expected to begin at 6:10 p.m. EST.

Wednesday afternoon’s matchup between the Philadelphia Phillies and Cincinnati Reds at Great American Ball Park has been delayed due to rain.

The contest was scheduled to begin at 5:10 p.m. EST but inclement weather means the tarp is on the field and a delay will push back first pitch. An updated start time hasn’t yet been provided.

The Phillies are -131 Moneyline favorites on DraftKings Sportsbook while the Reds are +107 to win. The run total sits at eight.

Fireballer Hunter Greene (2.72 ERA, 0.97 WHIP, 73 SO) starts for Cincinnati against Philly lefty Cristopher Sanchez (2.36 ERA, 1.08 WHIP, 151 SO).
