2025 NFL Best Ball ADP Fallers
WR Tyreek Hill, Dolphins | ADP: 26.5 (biggest faller)
Tyreek Hill has been one of the best receivers in football over the past decade. Hill has totaled over 10,000 receiving yards since 2017, the only player in the NFL to do so over that stretch. However, the Dolphins’ offense is hard to trust because of injury issues to Tua Tagovailoa. Tagovailoa has only played more than 13 games in a season once in his NFL career. Last year showed how bad this offense can be without Tagovailoa on the field. The Dolphins were forced to run an offense where tight end Jonnu Smith and running back De’Von Achane were the top receiving options because they couldn’t push the ball down the field. As Hill continues to age, it will be harder for him to keep up his health and productivity. Between those concerns and the thought of Zach Wilson playing games at quarterback for the Dolphins this season, it’s hard to trust Hill among the elite fantasy receivers.
RB Cam Skattebo, Giants | ADP: 115.6 (sixth-biggest)
Cam Skattebo was one of the most exciting players in college football last season. After being drafted by the Giants, New York fans immediately latched on to Skattebo because of his electric running style and big personality. That created some real hype around the type of impact Skattebo could make this season. However, there might not be as big a role in the Giants’ offense for Skattebo as some had hoped. Tyrone Tracy was a breakout star for the Giants last season and will assume the RB1 role again. The Giants also brought in a veteran option in Devin Singletary to back Tracy up. As long as those two are healthy, there will be limited touches for Skattebo, making him an unreliable fantasy option for this season.
WR Khalil Shakir, Bills | ADP: 89.9 (seventh-biggest)
Khalil Shakir emerged as the go-to guy for Josh Allen last season. He was the Bills’ leading receiver with 76 catches and 821 receiving yards. It was a nice season for Shakir, but the Bills simply utilize too many weapons to make Shakir a viable WR1 in fantasy. Only the Patriots, Panthers and Saints had a team receiving leader with fewer receiving yards than that. For a team with the NFL MVP at quarterback, that’s a very telling statistic. The Bills did turn into one of the more run-heavy teams in the NFL last season, ranking fourth in the NFL in rush play percentage. They like to run the football and when they do pass, they use two tight ends, running backs and unique formations that get the ball out to a plethora of different players. The Bills added Joshua Palmer this offseason and are hoping that Keon Coleman takes a step forward, which could shrink Shakir’s role even more this season. Shakir is a great weapon for Josh Allen, but he can’t be trusted to have a big game statistically on a weekly basis.
