Tigers at White Sox game delayed Monday 8/11/25

UPDATE: The game is expected to resume at 10 p.m. CT, which is 11 p.m. ET.

Just moments after Spencer Torkelson hit a go-ahead home run for the Tigers in the top of the ninth inning, Monday’s game entered into a rain delay at Rate Field.

The Tigers lead 2-1 and have two men on base with two outs and two strikes at the time of the delay. Detroit has out-hit Chicago 8-4 and are three outs away from opening this series with a road win and extending their lead in the American League Central.
