A’ja Wilson is having another magnificent season in 2025. The three-time MVP is averaging 21.8 PPG while shooting 48.8% from the field. Role-wise, Wilson is logging 30.8 minutes per game and she is leading the WNBA with a mammoth 30.8% usage rate.

Wilson has been dominant as of late, scoring 27 points vs. the Valkyries and 29 points vs. the Storm in her last two starts, which are impressive performances given both these clubs rank inside the top-five in defensive rating this season. Now, Wilson is facing the Sun on Sunday, who rank dead last in defensive rating and are giving up the most points in the paint this season.

Wilson ranks second in the WNBA in points in the paint per game and she has eclipsed 21.5 points in two of her three matchups with Connecticut this season. Hosting the Sun on Sunday, the Aces carry a large 89.5-point implied team total on DraftKings Sportsbook. Plus, Las Vegas is an 11.5-point favorite over Connecticut, which also bodes very well for Wilson. In wins this season, the veteran is averaging 24.7 PPG and she has surpassed 21.5 points in 11 of 16 games.
