The UFC is hosting an event for the fifth straight week! An exciting 185-pound middleweight matchup between No. 9 Roman Dolidze vs. No. 10 Anthony Hernandez headlines the event. Which top 10 middleweight will continue their winning streak?
Here are my best bets for this week’s UFC Fight Night.
Anthony Hernandez to Win by KO/TKO/DQ or Submission (+110)
Hernandez has won seven straight fights, while being a finishing machine. He is 14-2 in his MMA career with eight submissions and three knockouts. Since Hernandez is a big -345 favorite, it is wise to get him to win by KO/TKO/DQ or Submission, which is +110 on DraftKings Sportsbook.
In this matchup, Hernandez is a slightly better striker, but his most significant advantage comes on the ground. Hernandez lands 6.27 takedowns per 15 minutes at a 45 percent rate. That, paired with Dolidze’s poor 33 percent takedown defense, will allow Hernandez to get this bout to the ground often.
Steve Erceg To Win By Decision (+200)
Just like Hernandez, Erceg is a favorite in his fight, but an even bigger one. On DraftKings Sportsbook, Erceg is a massive -575 favorite to beat Ode Osbourne. That may seem too high because Erceg is coming off three defeats, but he has faced a brutal schedule in the past two years.
Before his losing streak, Erceg won 11 straight bouts from 2018 to 2024. Erceg has had six fights in the UFC, with four of them going to the judges’ scorecards. Since two of his previous three victories have come via decision, you can get him to do so again against Osbourne at +200.
