Josh Naylor left Thursday’s game against the White Sox after seemingly injuring himself during an at-bat in the bottom of the third.
The injury is currently unknown, but it seems to have occurred during his plate appearance in the third inning.
Naylor left the game and Donovan Solano replaced him at first base in the top of the fourth inning.
