WNBA Best Bets: Top Kelsey Plum props for Sparks vs. Fever on 8/5/25

At 12-15 this season, the Los Angeles Sparks haven’t quite put together the campaign they hoped for after trading for star guard Kelsey Plum this past offseason. However, their acquisition has proven her worth on this roster as one of the WNBA’s leading scorers in a featured role.

Here’s the best Kelsey Plum prop bet on DraftKings Sportsbook for Sparks vs. Fever tonight ahead of the 10 p.m. EST tip-off.

A four-time WNBA All-Star, Plum has put together some standout performances this year for a Sparks squad which leans on their offense in lieu of a stifling defense. She opened her season with a 37-point outing against the Golden State Valkyries, tallied a 28-point game against the Chicago Sky later that month and recently produced 30 points in another win over the Connecticut Sun a couple of weeks back.

Plum ranks fourth among all WNBA players in scoring with 20.3 PPG, and she’s very close to surpassing Sabrina Ionescu’s 20.4 PPG for third place in the statistic. As the featured option on offense for this Sparks roster, she’s relying on volume to get the job done with 14.8 shot attempts per game while knocking them down at just a 40.9% clip. However, Plum’s getting to the free-throw line at the highest rate of her career with 6.1 attempts a night while converting those at a career-best 91.8% mark.

Heading into tonight’s contest, Plum’s points prop makes plenty of sense as always. Bettors can take her to record 20+ points at -105 odds, a mark she reached in both games against the Fever so far this season. Indiana’s defense ranks middle-of-the-pack in opponent scoring as well, so they’re a neutral matchup for Plum in this spot. After recording at least 20 points in 16 of her 26 games, I like the All-Star’s odds to do so once more tonight in prime-time.

Best bet: Kelsey Plum 20+ points (-105)
