Roman Reigns’ last match at SummerSlam was in 2023 against Jey Uso. Now the OTC returns to the second most significant event of the year to team with his cousin to take on his former Wiseman’s new powerful duo, Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed. Although gold isn’t on the line in this match, it is still important for everyone involved. Reigns is out for revenge on Heyman and the two guys who took him out of action.
Here is my prediction for this highly anticipated tag team match at SummerSlam on Saturday.
Reigns & Uso vs. Breakker & Reed Prediction
Reigns and Uso have teamed before, but this time it is different. Now it is the OTC Roman Reigns and Main Event Jey Uso. After Heyman turned on Reigns over three months ago, he finally gets his chance to get payback on them. This year, Reigns has wrestled in three matches. He defeated Solo Sikoa, came up short in the Royal Rumble, and lost to Seth Rollins and CM Punk in a triple-threat match at WrestleMania 41.
This is a fitting moment for Reigns to team up with Uso, given their extensive history over the last five years. They have battled against each other and with one another and have realized that together they are stronger. Reigns is responsible for elevating Uso, resulting in his first World title victory.
Breakker and Reed have created an elite duo of speed, strength, and brutality. Although they haven’t been together for long, they have already made a considerable impact. This should be a great match with four of the best competitors in WWE. But in the end, Reigns and Uso’s experience on the big stage will likely be too much for the rising duo.
