WNBA action on Wednesday will kick off at 7:00 p.m. EST. We have a three-game slate, starting with the Fever taking on the Mercury. One of the more unique features on DraftKings this year is WNBA Pick6 Fantasy Basketball!
This article will examine my top WNBA Pick6 plays for today’s action. You simply choose whether each set statistic will be more or less than the set number. With the stage ready, here are my favorite picks on the WNBA Pick6 slate.
Kelsey Mitchell More Than 19.5 Points
It hasn’t been a fun time for the Indiana Fever without Caitlin Clark, but Kelsey Mitchell has been willing to shoulder the load in their superstar’s absence. In 13 games this year without Clark, Mitchell is averaging 21.2 points while shooting 44.7% from the floor and 41.6% from deep.
This Phoenix Mercury defense is very good, but Mitchell has doled out punishment to good defenses recently. Her last major test against a quality defense saw her score 29 points against the New York Liberty. That outing triggered a three-game run with Indiana’s All-Star now scoring 28.3 points per game going into this contest. She’s matchup-proof at the moment, so more than 19.5 feels like a great play.

Jonquel Jones More Than 1.5 Threes Made
Jonquel Jones’ return to the New York Liberty changes the landscape of the WNBA. Arguably New York’s most valuable player, she anchors their defense and brings an extra dimension to an already-excellent offense. But a high ankle sprain is no joke, so there will be adjustments while she gets back to full speed.
One of those adjustments has come offensively. Before her injury, Jones attempted 4.0 three-pointers per game. In the four games since, that’s ticked up slightly to 5.3 attempts per game. It makes sense — if you don’t have full strength back in your ankle then driving to the rim is taxing, as is working in the post, the midrange and the pick-and-roll. It’s no wonder Jonquel is content to take a shot or two more from beyond the arc.
Her work is cut out for her in this one. Jones will have her hands full guarding Napheesa Collier, expending a lot of energy in the process. My gut tells me she’ll have little energy left offensively, so three-pointers will fly.

Kahleah Copper Less Than 1.5 Three-Pointers Made
It’s been a difficult season for Kahleah Copper. Knee surgery cost her the first part of the season and the Mercury have been managing her opportunities ever since. Tuesday’s game against the Fever will only be her 10th game of the season.
She has found consistency from deep, hitting at least two threes in seven of those nine games. So why am I down on her shooting for this game? Two reasons. One, she’s played in three straight games for Phoenix. Copper has yet to eclipse 30 minutes in a game as they continue to manage her injury, so a lower workload wouldn’t surprise me. On top of that, Indiana only allows opponents to hit 31.5% of their threes this year. That’s the third-best mark in the WNBA. Don’t count on a big performance from distance in this one.

Napheesa Collier More Than 7.5 Rebounds
This one is simple enough. In a battle between the top two defenses in the league, there should be plenty of rebounds up for grabs. Phee Collier always finds herself in position to soak up the boards.
It’s the first game between the Lynx and Liberty since last year’s WNBA Finals. In that series, she recorded eight or more boards in three of five games. Collier also put up double-digit rebounds in all three regular-season contests between these teams in 2024. On top of that, she’s gathered more than 7.5 boards in three straight games heading into Wednesday’s contest. Go ahead and lock in a commanding performance on the glass for the soon-to-be MVP.
